Andy Leduc,
Special Assignments
BA Business Administration
Saint Martin’s University, Class of 2014
My role as special assignments is to help out with both our payroll clients’ needs and personal tax return clients. I also am tasked with doing in-depth reviews of client financials and helping to implement best practices so as to help alleviate the stress that comes with managing a business and its financials.
My goal is always to provide easy to understand advice and streamline as much of the finances as possible while maintaining best practices to help reduce the workload that comes with managing a company’s financials.
Jordine Lawrence,
Director of First Impressions
A.A. Buisness
My role as direct or first impressions is to make our clients feel welcome, and understood. We know not everyone is tax literate. That is why we make it our policy to answer any questions, and hear ideas without judgement. I will be the voice you hear on the phone, responding to your emails, and completing your general requests. When I am not attending to clients in the office, I also process payrolls. It is my responsibility to keep up to date on current State and Federal payroll laws, so that I may complete payrolls as quickly and accurately as possible. In my opinion the first impression is as important as the last. I will be happy to help you sign your documents, and pick up your tax returns. From start to finish I will be available for our clients.
I want our clients to leave our office smiling. I want them to know their payrolls are processed with great care, and their taxes are prepared using years of experience. If our clients feel comfortable asking questions and stopping in to visit I have succeeded at my job.

I take great pride in defending our office. If you get past our front desk you’ll hear a bark from me. However, you may find me putting my head on your lap while you have a meeting.
I advise all clients to wait at the front desk, and bring me a treat.
